2025 Fire Marshal Symposium at
the Fire Leadership Challenge
The Fire Marshal Symposium (FMS) is offered exclusively at Fire Leadership Challenge. It's a two-year program that offers sessions in several key areas to help today's Fire Marshals stay informed and connected when it comes to what's happening in the industry.
Participants in this program will leave with a certificate of completion to take back to their department demonstrating their commitment to professional development. This year, Fire Leadership Challenge is offering FMS I. FMS II can be completed in October 2026.
